Since the United Counties of Prescott and Russell transit system has
now switched to an on-demand service, here is some practical information
before you start your first trip.
Instructions on how to book your trip with the Blaise Transit App
Setting up
Start by downloading the Blaise Transit App on the Apple Store or Google Play.
Signing up
To sign up, enter your name, email, payment information and other login information then click Submit.
After completing the sign-up form, you’ll receive a confirmation
email. Be sure to click on the link contained in the email to complete
your registration.
Logging in
Open the app. Enter your login information. After you have logged in, select PR Transpo as the operator.
Booking your trip
Select your Departure location in the “From” field, your Destination
location in the “To” field. You must also select your Departure time
(the earliest you will leave your departure point) or an Arrival time
(the latest you will arrive at your destination). Select the number of
passengers, including yourself, and hit Submit.
Payment and Trip confirmation
Review all the information you have entered. The Blaise Transit App will then calculate the total cost of the trip. Then select your payment method. You can pay by credit card, debit visa/mastercard card, prepaid card or by entering the serial number (including the hyphens: example B-ADU-0012345) from a ticket purchased at a PR Transpo sales outlet. Once you have confirmed your trip details, payment method and number of passengers, click Submit.
Your trip will remain in the Pending tab for up to 2 minutes.
Starting your trip
Up to one hour before your trip, you can click on Your Trips to
find your trip details. Find your current trip and press Begin Trip. You
will find on this page all the relevant information for your trip,
including the stop where the bus will pick you up and how to get there.
The bus stop may change from trip to trip and may not be the closest
to your location. In some areas, users will be served via a door-to-door
service. Be sure to check the location of the bus stop for all your
trips.
You can check the status of your trip and the location of the bus
anytime after this. When you board the bus, show the bus driver the
secret code generated for you, available on your Trip description page.
Enjoy your trip!
Cancelling your trip
To cancel your trip, logon to the Blaise Transit App and press the
“Your Trips” tab. Find the trip you want to cancel and press “Cancel
Trip” up to 1 hour before your trip without penalty.

844-957-0533 from 8 a.m. to noon and to 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., from Monday to Friday, and they
will be happy to book your trip for you. They will provide all the
information you need to enjoy your ride.
