Visitors
Regulations
A
person may visit his relatives or friends in his room or any room
provided as long as the residents’ tranquillity is respected.
Visitors
are allowed all hours of the day, evening and even overnight if
necessary. If visitors are coming overnight, it is important to notify
the staff members responsible for the resident.
A security system is always functional and allows to unlock the main front door after 8:00 pm.
There is designated smoking area outside of the facility.
The
residence has set up an infection-control program to eliminate and
reduce the risk of spread. Visitors can protect the health of our
residents by using hand sanitizer, which is available at the entrance
and throughout the Residence. All visitors are asked to wash their hands
when coming in and out of the facility.
We
ask family members and visitors who wish to give the resident a gift, to
make sure that they are not dangerous for their wellbeing (i.e. an
unbreakable flower pot). Visitors accompanied with pets are more than
welcome. Some documents must be provided to confirm the immunization of
the animal. For more information, please contact the supervisor of the
recreational services.
