Regional Housing Needs Assessment Study
Housing is considered the cornerstone of all communities. Municipalities play an important role in addressing the need for housing to its resident including existing residents by future changes in these needs.
In order to better understand their immediate and future needs, the United Counties of Prescott and Russell completed the following study. This will guide the UCPR in its long-term housing strategy.
