This program which is administered by an agreement between non-profit organizations and the Counties aims to clean ditches from any trash on the road allowance of County Roads. This program encourages people to keep their community clean by cleaning sections of ditches along County Roads.
The Counties provide all equipment such as security signs and vests and also garbage bags. After the cleanup, the Counties will take care of picking up trash bags as well as any heavy object and will see to their transportation to the dump site. As a thank you, the Counties will put up signs with the name of the participating organization at each extremity of the cleaned section of County Road.
