Any landowner may apply for a land division. Applications are for creation of a new lot, enlargement of an existing lot, easement purposes, giving access with a right-of-way or correcting the property title. The proposed use of the land must conform to the Official Plans and applicable zoning by-laws. To process a land division application you must allow for at least 90 days.
